In addition to the Grace Vineyard building project currently underway, a proposed large-scale, multilevel car park building project is in the initial phases for the site. This aspect of the project presented many further complex considerations, some affecting the planning and procedure of the main building complex. The project presents complications from historic site processes to complex consents. GCM provided valuable contextual knowledge to help the process and have been able to facilitate progress against at times seemingly insurmountable odds.

We engaged Gilmore Construction Management in early 2024 for our $25m City Campus project as Client-Side Project Manager, following Daniel's success with smaller projects at our branches. This complex project includes a future car parking building, high-performance audio-visual needs in the auditorium and chapel, and various technical elements. Their role encompassed overseeing project scope and planning, defining milestones, selecting the design team, preparing pre-tender documentation, engaging contractors, and monitoring construction.
